Investment Requirement for Antigua And Barbuda Citizenship

National Development Fund (NDF) Contribution

Make a non-refundable donation of at least $100,000 to the NDF for a single applicant or a family of up to four members.

Real Estate Investment

Purchase government-approved real estate with a minimum value of $200,000. The property must be held for at least five years.

Business Investment

Invest a minimum of $1.5 million in an approved business as a sole investor, or participate in a joint investment with each individual contributing at least $400,000, totaling a minimum of $5 million.

University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund Contribution

Contribute $150,000 to the UWI Fund, applicable for families of six or more, which includes one year of tuition-free education for one family member at the University of the West Indies.
